We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our customer service team.
Description: Responsible for daily functions and customer support.
Ensure highest level of customer service to our clients. Data entry, filling, answer phones, process shipments,
communicate with customers and perform excellent customer service with attention to detail.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent phone manner (English/Spanish)
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced, team environment.
• Perishable background preferred but not required.
