This set has been in my home for the past 10 years, but they have been kept in pristine condition. The love seat was rarely used. They come from a non-smoking home and there were never any pets in my home to damage them. No stains, rips, scratches, or anything. The dimensions of the couch are 36" deep and 7' 9" length. The dimensions of the love seat are 36" deep and 6' length.
