I've only ridden it a couple of times, and even then it wasn't heavy skating. It's got just a few scuffs in spots. Very good condition.
This is all the specs on it:
7.75 in. "Blackout" brand deck.
Black/gray Venture trucks.
51mm Satori wheels. Standard white, but has orange writing on the sides.
Bones Red Swiss bearings
Standard grip tape. No designs or anything on it. Almost NO wear on it, near perfect.
